Just over 2 months ago, I tied the knot with the man that I love. :) That day, I not only gained a husband but also a nine-year-old stepson. The wedding day flew by faster than I imagined (and I had been forewarned by several recently hitched girlfriends). I didn't want the party to end! A girl spends months preparing for her dream wedding (we'll save the planning process for another post), spending a lot of money on what will most likely be the biggest party you'll ever plan for yourself...and the events of the day fly by in a "blink of an eye" fashion.
After a "mini-moon" getaway (just a few nights in a mountain cabin), we returned to start settling into married life. And the "happily ever after" begins. :)
